Good summary, but I doubt banks are seeking to manage several twitter accounts yet when they are struggling to reach a critical mass of followers with one main twitter account.

To qualify and participate to those two REWARDING initiatives, you have to be a registered user of facebook. The target is right, the critical mass of users is there. Don’t reinvent the wheel, tap into the trusted community of users on the most popular social media sites!
No wonder Chase +1 and TD Money Lounge are the two most popular pages in my Visible Banking Facebook Watch which includes 138 financial institutions so far with respectively 47,238 and 18,574 fans.
