Regular social listening benchmarks are useful as part of a consistent and long-term benchmarking exercise.  The longer you’ve monitored your brand and your competitors, the more relevant and insightful the benchmarks.

A one-off benchmark doesn’t give us much information on the relative quality of the audience and the social interactions, the evolution of share of voice, the growth of fans and followers…

This infographic will still give you an idea of the level of activity from the top italian banks on social media and in particular twitter and Facebook.
