Retail Banking Innovations 2008 aims to address new frontiers in the industry and the changing concept of retail banking and consumer finance in the Asia Pacific region – with a highly content-driven and provocative agenda.

I am delighted to travel to Singapore later today to take part of this exciting event. It is an honour to be part of such an excellent line up. Congratulations to Linda, and her colleagues, who did a great job!

Presentation on day 1 – “Strategy Dialogue 2 – Rethinking Everything”
According to the latest agenda, I am scheduled to share my vision of Social Media just after Matt Flannery! Matt is the Co-Founder and CEO of, the first ever Peer-to-Peer microlending website, launched in October 2005.

Kiva is definitely one of the best, and most purposeful, innovations in the online finance world. I am so thrilled, I can’t wait to meet Matt and shoot a video interview with him.
