I have been incredibly busy while staying in NYC. Indeed, I managed to shoot 16 video interviews between Monday 28th and Wednesday 30th September.  I will be posting all of them on my blog soon. Stay tuned!

If you can’t wait to watch them, I invite you to visit my Dailymotion page andthe Visible Banking Facebook page.

Interview #1 – Mastercard Worldwide: Jim Issokson, VP Reputation Management
Mastercard Worldwide is leveraging social media from a PR perspective: they monitor online conversations about their brand, and they aim to build relationships with their advocates and engage with their detractors.

You can find them on twitter @MasterCardNews and YouTube.

Please note that other parts of MasterCard are also engaging online, more from a marketing/business angle.

Jim Issokson, VP Reputation Management
I have been in touch with Jim for at least a year now, via twitter mainly. I was delighted to meet with him face-to-face at last.

Jim is a social media advocate at MasterCard. You can find him on linkedin and on twitter @JimIssokson. Jim also contributes to@MasterCardNews.

He and his team have two key missions:
* internally: make sure their MC colleagues better understand the potential of social media and know how to engage online with their clients. They do a great job sending daily social media updates and providing internal training.
* externally: identify their most influential advocates and detractors online (journalists, bloggers, tweeps) and build trusted relationships with them.

During the interview we talked about all the topics above as well as personal branding and twitter.

I invite you to watch my interview with Jim.
