First of all, congratulations to Reid and the rest of the Linkedin team for reaching the outstanding milestone of 100 million members!

And there is more to come this year: the best business network in the world is growing at the frantic pace of 1 million new members a week.

The Top 4 fastest growing countries are 1. Brazil, 2. Mexico, 3. India and 4. France (yes, France! I guess it is no good news for our friends from viadeo…)

And it is important to note that Linkedin managed to reach this incredible growth rate without compromising too much on the overall quality of its member base.

I love movies. Here needless to say that Linkedin did much better than Dreamworks with the first installement of its “I am Number Four” franchise. 😉

Today, I was thrilled to receive an email from Reid Hoffman in person. What a nice touch. Apparently, I was member #27,946! It kind of makes you feel special and proud to have contributed to the success of this invaluable business network.
