Interview Caja Navarra’s Twitter Contest: Goals & ROI, Mechanism and Direct Messages, Social Media Promotion

I shot my very first video interview via Skype with Fernando Egido – Head of Bank 2.0 at Banca Civica and Carlos Mendez – Online Campaign Manager at Caja Navarra. We talked about Caja Navarra’s twitter contest launched early last week, which reached the 1,000 registered tweeps mark on Friday.

I asked Fernando and Carlos a few questions in order to better understand their goals and the expected ROI, the mechanisms of the contest and their use of Direct Messages (DMs), the use of other social media channels such as facebook to support their contest.
