The Brand of You contest launched by Fifth Third Bank aims to improve the digital skills of recent graduates, help them build a vibrant personal brand, and increase their online visibility which is a topic close to my heart.

If I understand what the bank and its digital agency are trying to achieve with their JobTwitterviews, inviting contestants to create branded content to increase Fifth Third Bank’s share of voice online and increasing awareness and consideration on the back of it, the rules of the social media contest might impact 53’s ability to generate a good level of participation.
