The CEO of Aviva Life India, Trevor Bull, confirmed the ever growing necessity for insurance firms to drive digital transformation and deliver a super mobile customer experience to their customers.

This focus on Digital reflects one of the three key strategies of the Aviva Group globally, ‘Digital First‘.

The vision of Aviva India’s CEO on Digital reflects the Aviva Group commitment to drive digital transformation and insurance innovation group wide: last August, the insurer recruited Andrew Brem from British Gas to take on the newly created ‘Chief Digital Officer’ role, working directly for the CEO.
