The European Financial Marketing Association (EFMA) and Oracle Financial Services have just released a report based on a recent survey answered by key executives in the top 100 retail banks in EMEA like CEOs, CIOs, SVPs, Heads of Operations, General Managers and Product Managers of Youth Banking.
