Unum’s Social Media Insurance Strategy: Income Protection 2.0. My second video interview with Tim Jackson, Head of Strategic Marketing.

Unum Social Media Insurance Strategy Income Protection 2.0Recently, at a social media in financial services event in London we were both speaking at, I had the opportunity to catch up with Tim Jackson, Head of Strategic Marketing at Unum.

On that occasion, I recorded a follow up interview about a year after this one ‘Unum’s Head of Strategic Marketing on Social Media & Ask Unum‘.

This time around, in ‘UNUM Social Media Insurance Strategy – Digital Insurance INNOVATION‘, Tim and I talked about social media insurance with a key focus on a fantastic topic, social media for insurance agents and insurance broker.

So, how engaging do you find Unum’s strategy in the social media space?

Like me, do you believe social media is one of the best opportunities leading insurance companies have to deepen their relationship with their agents (tied or brokers) by giving them the opportunity to do a good job online at last: demonstrate their leadership, increase customer satisfaction, generate leads via word of mouth, and eventually take their business to the next level?

We invite you to share your thoughts here, via twitter or on our Facebook page.
