Like millions of other users, thousands of companies, and over 65 financial institutions, I find Twitter fascinating. It is a great tool for real time market research, customer service, sales, business networking…

But when are they going to upgrade their capacity to make it more reliable? The service wasn’t available for a total of over 80 hours in 2008…
