I launched the Visible Banking blog back in February 2007 to share my passion on social media and digital engagement in the financial services industry.

Since March 2009, my team tracks how the industry leverages social media channels such as twitter (now tracking over 1,550 account in 72 countries) or facebook (now tracking over 1,000 pages and apps in 72 countries).

Our goal is to empower financial institutions all over the world by providing them some unique insights and sharing the best practices worldwide and our passion.  Our goal is to help you achieve social media success and transform you into a more transparent and engaging financial partner.

Social Media & Financial Services in the APAC Region
Over the years, I covered many initiatives from banks based in the region such as Standard Chartered (Singapore), CIMB (Malaysia), Kasikornbank(Thailand), NAB (Australia) or ASB Bank (New Zealand).
