It is a pleasure to participate to EFMA’s brilliant Online Financial Servicesevent for the second year in a row.

I want to thank again Pol Navarro, Head of Innovation and Distribution Channels at Banco Sabadell, who recommended me to Philippe Van Fraechem, Programme Director at EFMA.

The event ended yesterday. Congrats to the speakers, to Philippe and the whole EFMA team.
Today, I am busy attending the Mobile Financial Services event. Nevertheless, I was keen to give you a short update on the online event.
